你（用戶）明白到華富財經透過主要的電訊公司、流動網絡及互聯網服務供應商發放短訊及電郵，故只可在上述供應商的技術範圍內影響有關短訊/電郵的傳送，在適當時間傳送到指定的流動電話/電郵用戶，並假設接收者的電話/電郵信箱是開著而所處地區亦屬於其服務供應商的覆遢d圍。

你（用戶）亦明白到，基於接收者所使用的流動電話/電郵服務，短訊及電郵可能未必得以成功地傳送到接收者。你（用戶）不會因訊息內容的延誤或遺失而向華富財經提出追究。

由於流動網絡供應商或互聯網介面可能會出現錯誤及停頓，華富財經不能保證短訊及電郵能夠傳送到接收者。華富財經不會為不能傳送的短訊或電郵而退款。

STATEMENT OF RISK DISCLOSURE
This statement does not disclose all of the risk and other significant aspect of trading in securities, futures, and options. Transactions in futures and options carry a high degree of risk. You (user) are responsible for the privacy and storage of the username and password which we recommend you to change regularly and take other appropriate measures to prevent misuse or theft of your login information.

You (user) acknowledge that Quamnet delivers SMS and email messages via major telecommunications companies, mobile network and internet service providers and can therefore only influence the delivery respective to transmission of SMS/email messages within the technical constraints imposed by the above mentioned providers, to the addressed mobile recipients in due course provided that the recipient's phone is switched on and located in an area covered by his/her subscribed mobile service provider.

You (user) also acknowledge that, depending on the recipient's mobile/internet provider service, it may not be possible to transmit the SMS/email message to the recipient successfully. You (user) except Quamnet from any claim that may arise as a result of delay or lossage of such message content,

Quamnet will best endeavor but not guarantee delivery of the SMS/email messages to recipients due to possible errors and outages on the part of mobile network providers or on the web interface, Quamnet does not refund undeliverable SMS/email message to user.
