announced that Topsun Creation (China) Energy Technology Limited, a company held by one of its investment operations, has entered into a cooperation agreement with the venture partners, Sun Runguang and Tang Hao, for the establishment of a JV company in the PRC.
The JV company will mainly engage in production and sale of the materials for positive electrode of lithium battery business so as to further develop into the lithium battery business for Topsun Creation (China).
With a registered capital of RMB50 million to be contributed as to RMB46 million by Topsun Creation (China) in cash and RMB4 million by the venture partners in cash and patent technology, the JV company will be held as to 77.5% and 22.5% by Topsun Creation (China) and the venture partners respectively.
The proposed formation of the JV company for the expansion of lithium ion battery market can strengthen the Topsun Creation (China)'s capacity in the "new energy" business. It also goes with the development trend of "new energy" for China and the world, China Innovation Investment says.
