(Infocast News) HP LIVING TECH (01682) has agreed to place 130,000,000 shares at HK$0.131 per share representing a discount of 10.27% to the closing price on the date of the placing agreement.

The number of placing shares represents 16.54% of the issued share capital of the company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares.

The gross proceeds from the placing will be HK$17.03 million, and the net proceeds will be HK$16.63 million.
