(Infocast News) SINO SPLENDID (08006) announced that Chen Ying Zhen has disposed of 89,344,737 shares of the company, representing 19.3% of the issued share capital of the company, to Niu Cheng Jun.

Upon completion of the disposal of the shares, Chen ceases to be a substantial shareholder of the company and Niu becomes a substantial shareholder of the company.
