(Infocast News) PT INTL DEV(00372) issued profit warning.
Based on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2025 and other information currently available to the Company, the Group expects to record a loss of not less than approximately HK$209 million for the Financial Year 2025 as compared to the loss of approximately HK$89 million for the year ended 31 March 2024, which was mainly due to (a) an unrealised fair value loss of the Group’s investment in AFC Mercury Fund for the Financial Year 2025 as opposed to an unrealised fair value gain of the Group’s investment in AFC Mercury Fund recognised for the year ended 31 March 2024; and (b) an impairment loss on property, plant and equipment and right-of-use assets related to the provision of port and port-related services in the petrochemical segment.
