(Infocast News) CROWNICORP (00727) announced that Edward Simon Middleton, Yeung Mei Lee and Ms. Yeung Ka Man of Alvarez & Marsal Asia were appointed by Fresh Idea Ventures as the joint and several receivers and managers of 2,018,982,000 shares of the company in total beneficially owned by Crown International Corp. Limited (CICL) and Crown Landmark Corporation (CLC) respectively.

The relevant shares represent 58.86% of the issued share capital of the company.

Trading in the shares of CROWNICORP will be resumed at 9:00 a.m. today.
