CH CITY INFRA (02349) announced that upon mutual agreements between the Company and the Subscribers, the Company and the Subscribers agreed to terminate the Subscription Agreements with immediate effect. Upon such termination, the parties to the Subscription Agreements shall be released and discharged from their respective obligations under the Subscription Agreements. An application has been made by the Company to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange with effect from 1:00 p.m. on 18 June 2026. (WL)
